Confluence Triggers, VM Keep-Alive, and Deeper GitLab Integration

#Trigger Tembo from Confluence

Confluence joins Jira as a trigger source: mention Tembo on a Confluence page or comment and it'll pick up the request and get to work, no separate app switch required.

#Keep your sandbox alive on demand

A new VM keep-alive tool is available in the MCP server and CLI, so you (or an agent) can extend how long a session's sandbox stays warm instead of letting it go to sleep mid-task.

#Tag Tembo in external GitLab merge requests

GitLab automations now work on merge requests opened from forks, not just MRs within your own project, so external contributors can tag Tembo too.

#Everyday improvements

  • Codex sessions now default to GPT-5.6 Sol.
  • Desktop session notifications now include more context about what happened, so you can tell what needs your attention without opening the app.
  • The Files tab keeps its open tabs when you switch away and back, and no longer clutters the Changes and Files tabs with .bun folder noise.
  • Repositories can now configure their own clone depth, giving teams with large repos more control over sandbox setup time.

Also various bug fixes and improvements as always :)
